Issue: Scanning the QR code on the upload screen doesn’t open the upload page on your phone. #
✅ Try the following steps:
- Check the device’s Wi-Fi connection.
- Make sure both your phone and the device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- If the upload page appears blank after scanning:
- Tap ‘Back’ on the ‘Upload’ screen.
- Return to the ‘Upload’ screen.
- Scan the QR code again — it should work on the second try.
Device Settings #
- Go to “Settings” in the top right corner.
- On the settings tap on ‘Device.’
- A new screen shows up where you can adjust the device’s brightness, volume, or reset your PIN.
Troubleshooting for Frozen Device #
If the device becomes unresponsive or freezes:
- Press and hold the power button (the small button on the top left) until you see an option to restart.
- Select “Reboot” to restart the device.
or
- Factory Reset: Press the “Settings” button, enter your PIN, from the settings screen, press “Device”, scroll all the way down, and hit “Factory Reset” to reset the device back to the original data ( This will delete all of your data).
